Product Warranty
Marti's guarantees its merchandise to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. In the remote case of a defect, please call our telephone number and we will discuss the matter and come to a mutual understanding. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of an item purchased at Marti's you may return or exchange the item, in satisfactory condition, within 15 days of the original date of purchase. Marti's will not give any collected customer information to any third parties.
Shipping
MARTI'S offers delivery of your purchases anywhere in the United States. Large items, such as furniture are sent by motor transport. Smaller items are sent via U.S. Postal Service or United Parcel Service (UPS). Marti's gives personal attention to your shipping needs; should you require specific information you are welcome to call our telephone number 1-210-568-7032 and speak to a customer service representative during regular business hours. Most items are kept in stock and may be shipped within five working days of your order. One-of-a-kind items are subject to prior sale. If an item you have requested is on a backorder or is no longer available, we will inform you of your options by E-mail. We are very careful when packaging our merchandise. If a package should arrive in damaged condition, note this on the bill of lading. Do not accept merchandise that is visibly damaged. Call to advice of the damage. Marti's will file claim of the damage and send you a replacement upon settlement of the claim. In case of concealed damage you may be asked to provide photos to document the damage. Options available to the customer will be based on the extent of the damage.
